typical Tuesday
Tuesday I did pretty much what I do every Tuesday -- save that during online time I wrote a real atomic pitch to Spin about serializing 21st Century Schizoid Man, which is what I'm now calling Mindstorm. Apparently Robert Fripp doesn't mind, as he never responded to my query letter a few years ago.
After computer time I fixed Trish her pancakes -- but I had to make them tiny; rounds, not funny shapes. She killed a few moths -- I can't believe Fred opening the door like that. We sat around & drank our coffee before she walked. Having pitched the novel to Spin, I worked on a pitch to send an agent, then want to return to work on the novel, as I think it needs to be shifted into the past, with the superficial (& cliched) science fiction elements removed.
Then it was Car-girl, who arrived late, rang the doorbell, & took me to the laundromat. Karen says that on the 10th, we're looking for a new washing machine. We mailed "Relayer", then went to Pizza Hut to pick up Trish. We had leftover stir-fry last night, then watched our Dark Angel tape & a little TV before going to bed.
